Evaluation and treatment sessions both tend to last around 1 hour, however evaluations may be slightly longer. Physical therapy includes education about the deep core and pelvic floor, manual techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, cupping, and dry needling.
